Would it be a Golden farewell for the little master??

Well ,there are lots of oldies playing their farewell ODI WC tournament like Sachin, Dada, McGrath, Inzamam, Hayden, Jayasurya,Fleming etc. But one man who is not in this list but is my all time favourite is for sure playing his last ODI tournament and that's Brian Lara the Calypso little master.
When on song his lazy elegance is same if not better than David Gower and VVS, simply one of the best timers the game might ever see, his lofted shots of spinners as good as our own Dada in his hey days, his defence as correct as Sunny Gavaskar, his shot selection as good as great Vivian Richards, his on drives of pace bowlers can some times even be better than Rahul Dravid and above all the number of times his team has won with his sole efforts is simply priceless.
A strike rate of close to 80 and a average of 40+ in 290 matches is phenomenal but his test achievements have always overshadowed his ODI abilities. Hope for at least the sake of cricket lovers all over the world and for a much needed boost to the Caribbean Cricket lovers who are so knowledgeable and passionate with the game that he comes good and signs off in style ending a golden generation of Windies Cricket
